Dr. Sudduth works with a limited number of clients for directed readings and personalized instruction in particular topics or texts related to Sudduth’s areas of specialization. Sudduth designs the course to meet the specific interests of the client. As part of this instruction service, Sudduth provides clients with a reading list, reading schedule, study questions, handouts and/or power point presentations, and a series of one-on-one discussion sessions, with an option for the discussion of client composed essays.
The Directed Readings/Individualized Instruction service is ideal for individuals whose personal circumstances prevent them from furthering their education in a university setting but who would nonetheless like to study philosophy or religion with the quality characteristic a university education in philosophy or religious studies.
Directed readings and individualized instruction may take place in-person or through email, telephone, or Skype.
